"A representative from this branch was rude and not helpful at all. I asked how I could lower my insurance and she could not help me beside force more products on me which would cost more money. I ended up figuring out how to lower my insurance on my own after our call. Regardless she was very rude. She did not know how to lower my insurance beside bundling home and auto which was false. I learned I could lower it by raising my deductible. She failed as a sales rep to help me with my needs and explain how we can move forward. She should be fired for the way she spoke to me with an argumentative attitude. You can't talk to customers that way. Her name is Christy. I am considering moving State Farm branches after this interaction and do not feel comfortable speaking to her any further. I should not feel this way with my insurance representative. Alex deserves to know this rep was terrible with her approach to guide me and rude in general. She represented Alex and State Farm in a terrible manner."

"Haven't had the best experience with this office. My apps were not working, so I tried to solve the problem. I tried for over a month. My account had a charge on it due to the drive safe and save discount not being applied. When I talked to Tania, I was accused of not calling tech support because "they have never said that" and "they can usually fix the issue". Tech support had all of the records of when I called and how they assisted me (or lack of being able to assist me). I got a bill in the mail and called the office in the evening, after hours, and left a voicemail. It has been over two business days and I still have not had a response. I will try to call again, but I am highly disappointed with the customer service at this office."
